CRM is a business strategy that is intended to optimize customer loyalty, profitability and revenue. It’s an effort to leverage people, process and technology to improve all the interaction points between you and your clients. The underlying goal is to provide a company with a 360 degree understanding of the customer, and then use that knowledge for growth.
